Overview

The North Stand is two-tiered stand with 3,842. This is the home end, where the Cerezo Osaka 'ultras' stand and sing for 90+ minutes. If you're looking for atmosphere and to really get involved in the matchday experience, this is the place to be.

Advantages

• Atmosphere!
• Usually amongst the cheapest tickets
• Despite being behind the goal, it's got a great view of the pitch
• All but the first few rows are fully covered by a roof
• Fast access to Tsurugaoka and Nishitanabe stations after the game

Disadvantages

• Seating is unreserved, so if you're picky about seats or in a large group you'll need to get there pretty early
• Most people will be standing (this may be an advantage to some)
• Large flags block your view throughout the match
• It can get very loud; there are multiple drums and Japanese fans tend to be relentless in their support
• It's like a box, so it can get hot even for night matches
