For the best matchday experience, it's worth visiting the food truck-style outlets inside Nagai Park. For the purposes of this guide, those are listed in the 'Inside the Stadium' guide below.
However, you may wish to grab a more substantial meal before or after the game. For that reason, I recommend checking the 'Outside the Stadium' guide as well.
You'll also find a list of the nearest convenience stores to the stadium, as well as information on the busiest ones to avoid before kick off.
In Japan, you are allowed to take food and drink into the stadium, including the cheap beer you can get at the convenience store (~¥300 vs ¥700 in the ground). However, be aware that you need to transfer beer from the can into a cup when you enter the stadium.
